Don't worry, if nobody will beat me to it, then I can deny that current char and you'll just start over again with the new name Wink

Please don't create a new account or something like that, as that'd be a multi-account Wink

EDIT: all done, just go back to char creation.

Wow, no one's joined this board for a while, huh?

Well, for the introduction: I'm a wandering internet-goer who was looking for a site with some info on the Star Wars d20 system that our online books didn't already have. Where better than a place with people, so that I could ask questions if I had them? So, I saw this community, joined it, and made a character for the SWCIC to check out if it seemed fun!

It's mainly character creation that I'm stalling at. It'd be nice if someone had translated DnD's "Hero Builder's Guide" into the Star Wars continuum---and I'm not familiar with all of Star Wars to do so for myself. So, I come here with my loose concept of my green Twi'lek fringer who wishes she'd been a jedi, not sure how I can make a storyline where a low-wisdom girl managed to AVOID being a slave. All the info on Twi'lek females I've seen is about slave-dancers, or jedi/sith. She's neither, the poor thing, and I don't know what she is.

Well, passing the paragraph, hi again all! I'll be lurking about and seeing what I find.

Welcome, it has been a while since we had a new member show up.

As for your character's background, you can make it anything you want. Maybe she was a stow away aboard a tramp freighter and they kept her to help out, maybe going to be a slave but got away from the ship...wookieepedia is a good place to check things outhttp://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page

We are slowly switching over to Saga rules, so having those books may help, we have some of our own stats for things also. I'm sure that one of our Admins can help you more, if you need it

Hi there

Erwin is absolutely right. You can be as creative with your background as you like. The only thing you gotta make sure is, that it doesn't use the main movie cast or contradict with our own timeline. But when in doubt, just ask Wink

As for how to translate the fact, that your Twi'lek could avoid slavery ... well, she could be a lucky scoundrel for starters Cool

Found this place clicking random banners. Hoping it turns out as good as it looks. My background isn't entirely written yet, but i have plenty of practice with that. Anywho, look forward to playing with you guys.
