After reading roughly 8 million posts trying to figure out where this RPG is about/ where it came from, I guess I can write a little about where I've come from.

I guess I started RP'ing about 2002 with an RPG called Star Wars New Empires, and it was really a blast. It was like a cross between Rebellion and Roleplaying so I thought it was incredible . I was part of the Black Sun for a long while, but eventually left with a large group because of abuses by the GM. Since, then I've been in and out of places. I linger now and again at SWCombine but it is too big and expansive for my likings, plus it takes roughly eight million years to go anywhere. Also, I was part of a roleplaying community in SWG, but gave that up because it just wasn't what I wanted (there's no real direction, just kind run around and live in the SW universe without the ability to reach any goals beside slashing other players to bits). I even tried to start my own a couple times, but I'm a Liberal Arts major with minimal graphic training, so that never worked out. Now seeing SWCIC I can see a lot of what I missed since SWNE. There's moderation which means we can actually try to topple the Empire or squash the Rebellion without having to worry about rules that state "you can't hurt other players without permission".

I'm just really looking for it, for those interacting with me IC, my character's name is Huca Enunb, a Sullustan whose just joined the RA. Basically, I've designed him to be a little twerp with zero life experience so that he can be molded by game play

See you on the other side

Welcome

I have a feeling many of us are like you. Trust me, we'd had some of the same experiences you have. We're just looking for some fun roleplaying!

Nice to meet you Huca Enunb. I do hope you enjoy things here. It sounds like you have a bit of experience with this type of game. If you have some suggestions or ideas that may make things better, I'd like to hear them We are constantly improving gameplay here to make things better.
