Looks good, Josh. I think the following need to be editted:
Init: 0
Skills Initiative 0, ... , Pilot 0 (the size mod for a Colossal ship needs to be applied, too)
Otherwise, I had the same results for the Skipray

I assume you have the saga book. The crew quality table is on page 174 and we use normal crews for these stats. So the attack bonus and check modifier are used all over the ship's stats.

Thanks Uliq! Yeah, I do have the Saga rulebook, of course I'm at work right now, so I'm working off of electronic references, like the conversion guide, that I have on my flash drive. I guess I should come up with some kind of quick reference sheet for that stuff for when I don't have my rulebook handy...

Okay, one more quick question...what else does the size modifier apply to? According to the conversion guide, it is needed for the Reflex Defense, which should be included, I think.

Defenses: Reflex 17 (flat-footed 11)
DR: 5

Dex 23, Int 14 (14 is the min for starships)
Skills Initiative 11, Mechanics +7, Pilot 11,Use Computer +7

It's fast and fragile, but definitely more maneuverable than an X-W or Y-W
