I´ve started some mini modding with the syndicate guys, so my question would be who can actually give xp´s to the characters. Probably Evaders? I could send out a montly e-mail with the xp for syndicate members I would just need to know to whom.

To update this, Ceden, aka Kooro is in charge of XP handouts and is very up to date and current with it, just so everyone knows, officially now.
