This might be a stupid question, but I've been looking around and I'm interested in joining the game with the empire, but I can't seem to find out how to join...

I'm also having some trouble with the Empire responding. They've activated my character and I finished all of the stats but I haven't received an email about being accepted or what to do now. Am I being impatient or did my message get lost in cyberspace?

I'm sorry it seems we haven't been acting as swiftly as possible in getting you properly situated. If you could please PM me with your character names(so I'll have a reference for the roster), I will find out what the hold up is and get back to you as soon as I have an answer. Let me know of any other pertinent details as well.

Usually, the response time for new members should be no less, than 24 hours after your sign-up.

There are several folks per mastergroup, that should be able to approve your character and get you access to the boards, so someone should always be around Wink

Every character that is accepted in the IC Boards is sent an e-mail (some multiple if they never respond). However, e-mail being what it is, delivery issues can always arise. If that happens, you should contact the GE Leader (myself) directly and immediately. If you make no attempt to follow up and we've sent you multiple assignment e-mails (regardless of whether or not you get them because we obviously have no idea), then we tend to move you to the bottom of the priority pile.

At any rate, glad we got you squared away, and we're sorry for the delay.

You can also PM me, I do check for my messages here daily. I am the one responsible for getting to new recruits. Usually I send an email out less than 12 hours after I recieve notification... there have been some delivery issues, and yours sounds like one of them... I recieved 2 or 3 emails that were sent on a tuesday or wednesday, and i recieved them on sunday. I do apologize for the delays.
