Character Creation: done and running
Welcome to the SWCIC!
The first step to get into the game is to have a character. The character represents who you play - you speak his voice, you direct his actions, you interact with other players through him! But how will your character be different from other characters? First there is general information such as race, homeworld, and gender.
More specifically, your character differs from others through their statistics. These "stats" are numbers that represent various characteristics of your character. Obviously the higher the number, the better your character's abilities. Much of this is derived from the d20 character system - but you don't have to know it to play! You just have to assign certain points to various stats: the rule of thumb is "the higher the better!" The system will calculate and manage everything else. Simple choices gives you many options to create the character that will best fit with your interests.
Simple step by step process allows you create your character in a swift few minutes. Menus give you all the choices that you can look through. Once you have your general information done, your MasterGroup will look over your character to make sure everything is cleared. If you have problems, contact the MG's assignments email.
If you fit the MG's character requirements, then you will be allowed to create your stats. Simple steps, along with easy mouse-over dialogs give the details of everything you can select.
When your character is finished, your MG should get you involved in their activities. You will earn XPs, which when your character levels up, allows you to upgrade your stats. As you progress in the game, you will be able to tweak and tune your character to your desires. As well, you can unlock various bonuses to help your character, and find secrets we've added to the game's characters bonuses. We hope using this system will be easy and fun!
