You are only allowed to have one account per user, period.
If you want your account renamed or have trouble with it, contact one of the administrators.
Also, make sure that your character names are:
- not those of canon StarWars people (nobody will be Luke Skywalker, ... in here)
- appropriate for the race you chose, if you play a non-human (ask around, if you need help)
- not disparaging or nonsensical (You'da MastaKilla would not pass for a Gungan warrior, for example, even if we had this race in our game ;) )
Everyone in this game is bound to our Code of Conduct.
Furthermore, nobody is allowed to disrupt the game, by using OOC means to influence other people's or their character's actions, either for their personal benefit or that of their group.
Any breach of these rules will be met with appropriate actions.
After selecting your character's name, homeworld and mastergroup, it will be queued. Those in your new group with the appropriate access will be notified and are going to make sure, that what you entered doesn't violate, what was already stated above.
Once your character gets approved, you will be notified by email and can finish its creation. You should also receive an introductionary email from your new mastergroup, explaining to you, what your next steps should be.
If you don't get this email, make sure to check your spam folders !
Also, if you character was denied, check for any private messages here, on the OOC forum, that will tell you, what you need to change.
Inactive characters will be deleted after a while. So if we don't hear from you for several weeks after signing up, don't be surprised if your character goes the way of the Dodo.
